  1. Now Astral Doors is back. Black Eyed Children shows the band at it's very, very best. This is classic rock/heavy metal in the next dimension. Black Eyed Children is by far the best album so far from Astral Doors and tops the already great previous albums Notes From The Shadows and Jerusalem/5(2).

  4. Astral Doors deserve a little bit more credit than they actually get. Formed in Sweden in , Astral Doors play a blend of heavy metal with power metal leanings, but also have a sound that is laden in that mid-to-late ’s keyboard sound and would appeal to fans of Dio era Black Sabbath and Rainbow, Mk III Deep Purple or Uriah Heep.

  5. The CD was produced by Johansson but mixed and mastered by Eclipse bandleader Erik Martensson. But don’t be fooled! Astral Doors stay true to their metal colours on songs like,,Die On Stage’’ (heavy!!!!),,,We Cry Out’’,,Lost Boy’’ and the more epic title track of this album .
